Job Responsibilities:

New Business (Acquisition/PLS) operational integration lead responsible for:

  • Item master cross-reference process and output quality
  • Materials systems configuration and conversion functional requirements including site codes, cost center, user access etc.
  • Coordination/conducting of supply management systems training for new end users

System access/ authorization for Stock clerk system including:

  • Oversee process for system and access and resolution of issues/questions for Stock clerk
  • Daily maintenance of new item setup
  • Required Sox audit support

Enterprise Lead for Client Supply Utilization process:

  • Responsible for development and oversight of national SOP
  • Functional requirements for utilization algorithms/systems
  • Coordination with Corporate Compliance on changes/enhancements to utilization process
  • Coordination of new test deployments and regulatory changes

Client Supply Systems Functional Lead:

  • Oversight of core national item standards for client collection supplies including list development and new item add process.
  • Function ownership of client supply order entry tools including: Stock clerk, PeopleSoft, and Web order entry tools
  • Development with end user of process improvement roadmap and implementation of changes

Execute supply management improvement projects as assigned using project management principles and tools to develop, define and execute projects within set time and funding constraints. Example projects include:

  • Support of PeopleSoft Implementation within regions
  • Implementation of Supply Management Process changes such as Replenishment by Consumption/Department Inventory
  • Item standardization initiatives to increase leverage/savings
