Job Details
The Event Specialist I, is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events for Employer Population Health (EPH) Clients. The key focus is to drive onsite participation and increase planning and quality of wellness and immunization events that meet client needs. Partnering with Sales, Client Engagement Specialist, Onboarding and Implementation and Event team, create and execute comprehensive event management plans that meet client needs.
This position is responsible for client event planning and ensuring events are set up and completed properly.- Executes and drives utilization/participation of events for Employer Population Health (EPH) clients.
- Partners with Sales, Onboarding and Implementation, Client Engagement Specialist, and event teams to ensure successful transition of client program launch for execution.
- Ensures detailed event implementation plans are in place, monitors execution for onsite event planning, identifies and proactively addresses gaps to drive quality events.
- Provides clients with training and educational resources to ensure they are fully leveraging the EPH Products/Programs purchased.
- Builds strong client relationships that drive participation through a combination of event planning, issue identification and resolution, clear consistent communication, and timely follow-up.
- Maintains open lines of communication with clients through regular check-ins, status updates and reporting.
- Analyzes program utilization data and recommends opportunities, tools, and collateral to the client to drive program participation.
- Provide guidance to internal support teams and operations teams to best service the customer.
- Monitors dashboard reporting for timely issue resolution and driving utilization. Perform root-cause analysis on trending issues and implement improvements.
- Provides guidance to internal support teams and operations teams to best service the customer.
- Troubleshoots customer issues and direct internal and external resources for resolution. Identifies and escalates issues as appropriate if unable to resolve directly.
- Achieve QMS Bronze Certification within 18-months in role.
- Participate on a minimum of one process improvement effort annually.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience:
- 1-3 years customer service or project management experience.
- Familiarity, product knowledge, and experience with Quest Diagnostics’ Health and Wellness offerings.
Preferred Work Experience:
- Familiarity, product knowledge, and experience with Quest Diagnostics’ Employer offerings.
- Previous experience in client facing work environment.
Physical and Mental Requirements:

Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communications, presentation, and partnership skills.
- Strong business acumen combined with demonstrated experience in customer relations and managing projects.

Virtual work options
