Strategic Partnerships and Product Manager - Lenexa, KS - Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay Range: $86,350+ per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Serve as a strategic leader responsible for a product's success from conception to launch and beyond, identifying customer needs, defining product vision, and developing the strategic roadmap. Serve as the crucial link between business goals, customer needs, and technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams like commercial sales, marketing, finance and field operations to guide product development and ensure market success. This multifaceted role requires a blend of business, technical, and user experience (UX) expertise to balance diverse stakeholder needs and drive a product's strategic direction.
Responsible for assisting in the development of new products and services directly linked to new, large revenue opportunities. This role utilizes the combination of project management with the ability to develop business relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for business development opportunities.
- Identify, define, design, execute and accelerate product implementation to generate immediate, high levels of revenue.
- Tracking/documentation of opportunities in Salesforce
- Assist in the evaluation of diversification opportunities
- Assist in the evaluation of partnership opportunities to enhance existing services within existing markets
- Manage and develop business processes with new strategic partners enabling product growth
- Provide business project management and support to product, project management, and development teams during integration with a focus on business rules and requirements
- Provide strategic consultation with product, marketing, and sales to develop go-to-market strategy and planning
- Coordinate and manage product initiatives and strategic partner relationships
- Define and prioritize internal product initiatives with external opportunities
- Provide regular status updates with partners
- Evaluate new capabilities and opportunities
- Business development management reporting
- Provide reporting on business level reporting including product success and opportunities
- Provide updates on use of products and services associated with all partnerships and business development initiatives
Qualifications:
Required Work Experience:
- 5+ years of work experience in product development, project management or client implementation
Preferred Work Experience:
- 7+ years of work experience in product development, project management or client implementation
- Healthcare and/or laboratory experience

Virtual work options
