Internship Description
We are currently looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility and Inclusion & Diversity Intern to support a variety of broad-based projects including research, strategy development, project management and the development of communications materials.  The internship provides an excellent opportunity to work in a corporate environment, develop leadership skills, and partner closely with the CSR and I&D team to build acumen in these areas. This position will be remote. This is a 2021 Winter / Spring internship with a four-month minimum commitment that may have potential to be extended due to business need and opportunity. The estimated time commitment is 10-20 hours per week. We are targeting undergraduate applicants that are in their junior or senior year, or graduate students pursuing an MA.


Program Eligibility & Qualifications:
To be eligible to participate in the Corporate Social Responsibility and Inclusion & Diversity Internship Program, students must meet the following qualifications by the start date of the program:

Active enrollment in a 4-year degree program or pursuing MA
Demonstrated interest in CSR and I&D
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with MS suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Must be able to prioritize and be organized and detailed
Strong research and critical thinking skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
