National Supply Chain Analyst - Clifton, NJ - Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
The primary responsibility of the National Supply Chain Analyst support the Regional Client Supply Fulfillment network ensuring a continuity of supply Quest Diagnostics Client while assisting in the development of an efficient world class fulfillment network. The National Supply Chain Analyst will regularly review and understand network capacity requirements and capabilities to ensure that client demands are met. The National Supply Chain Analyst is accountable for identifying shortcomings, engineering improvement solutions and implementing them across the network.
Pay Range: $63,360+ per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

- Conduct detailed analysis of fulfillment center operating processes to identify improvement opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies across the network.
- Support the implementation of tools to enable the fulfillment network to improvement performance and service levels to industry leading levels.
- Lead project teams assigned to resolve supply shortages and operational performance failures.
- Manage cost and service metrics and key performance indicator (KPI) reports for client supply fulfillment team.
- Conduct detailed item planning and forecasting for regional client supply centers. Manage and enhance stocking parameter methodology.
- Perform analysis of large data sets and recommend adjustments to inventory positions and stocking levels.
- Support standardization projects for collection supplies across enterprise.
- Development of standard work processes including operational, inventory and ordering guides.
- Manage new item change management process.
- Coordinate acquisition of client supplies with Corporate Procurement Operations Center.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of business experience
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of direct Supply Chain experience.
Preferred Work Experience:
Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting programs is preferred.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Willingness and ability to travel.

- Strong Microsoft Office experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to lead project teams and improvement activities.
