Business Continuity Planning/Facilities Specialist - Tampa, FL - Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (Rotational Weekends)

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating business continuity plans. Assist with Facilities planning activities and purchases. 

Pay Range: $58,656+ per year


Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

  • Understand Facilities work flow and assist in planning/scheduling of both day-to day work as well as projects. 
  • Track Facilities performance, timeliness, and expenses and generate, analyze and present reports. 
  • Generate and track purchase orders and capital requests.  Stay in tune with and report status. 
  • Manage the Facility Access and Control Program, and ensure compliance with applicable guidelines. 
  • Coordinate and lead the access badge management process in compliance with applicable guidelines. 
  • Generate, analyze and present all required Access Control/Badging reports; daily, weekly, monthly. 
  • Closely track, monitor, and report restricted area access in accordance with applicable guidelines.  Including both badge access and key logs. 
  • Responsible for overall management and oversight of the Region’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in Assurance and Everbridge and other systems required under the BCP. 
  • In collaboration with Functional Leadership ensure plans are kept current and the BCP schedule/deadlines are adhered to. 
  • Plan, prepare, communicate and lead annual exercise (define scenario, attendees, agenda) in conjunction with the site BU BC Liaison and Functional Leadership as required by the BCP Plan. 
  • Analyze EHS performance data and prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports. 
  • Assist EHS Team when necessary and appropriate. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Work Experience:

Preferred Work Experience:

Experience in data analytics.  Experience in Business Continuity or Facilities Management.

Knowledge:  

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and using all to produce reports, spreadsheets, databases and presentations. 
  • Working knowledge of Assurance (QD Business Continuity Plan Software) 
  • Working knowledge of Everbridge (QD Notification software) 

Skills:  

  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Public speaking.
