Stay up-to-date on your well-being. As part of your primary care, our annual, no-cost screening program provides an easy way to get a full view of your health. Through a comprehensive lab evaluation, we’ll help you and your spouse/domestic partner identify previously unknown health risks and take action to improve your health.

PTO/flex time

Non-exempt employees accrue time off that may be used for vacation, personal needs, and health-related absences. As part of our MyTime Program, exempt employees will work closely throughout the year with their managers to balance the needs of the business with their own work responsibilities.

Holidays

In addition to paid time off, employees are also paid for 6 major observed holidays, plus one Diversity Day—a floating holiday for each employee to acknowledge a day that is important to them.

Virtual work options

The Quest Virtual Model allows eligible Quest employees to work either a hybrid schedule (2-3 days from home per work week), a near-site schedule (primarily from home with occasional work in a Quest office), or fully remote. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis with the employee’s manager and HR Business Partner.

Employee Relief Fund

Through the Quest Employee Relief fund, employees who have been impacted by personal hardship or a federally declared emergency are eligible to receive financial support. Quest employees can contribute to the fund and Quest automatically matches these donations.

Gift Matching

The Matching Gifts Program is sponsored by Quest to encourage financial support of eligible institutions operating for the common good. Quest contributes $1 for every $1 gift made by Quest employees as of their first day of employment.
