Job Description
Facilities Supervisor - Tucker, GA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The Facilities Supervisor will work with vendors, troubleshoot repairs, respond to emergency calls, procure materials, implement, and maintain policies.
Pay range: $69,900+ per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate contracted FM partners that perform Maintenance and Janitorial services within the facility
- Respond to occupant temperature/airflow adjustment requests, modifies temperatures and airflow quantity, and flow patterns as required.
- Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining standard operation policies and procedures.
- Coordinate contractor services when required, HVAC repairs, roof repairs, generator, DI Water systems, and UPS system maintenance for the Facility.
- Standardize all vendors used by Quest Diagnostics.
- Ensure all vendor invoices are vetted and paid for on time
- Coordinate all annual inspections, i.e., backflow, fire system, sprinkler system, elevator, EPA, and any county and state-mandated inspections.
- Coordinate vendors to accommodate the facility’s needs (water, drainage, Power, HVAC) for the internal installation and/or moves of Laboratory Instrumentation.
- Maintain the CMMS work order system for the facility. Prioritize all work orders and contact outside vendors when indicated to ensure completion rate of 90% or better on time Work order closure
- Determine type, quantity, and procure material required for new installations, designates and maintains inventory levels of spare parts and material required for routine maintenance and repairs.
- Maintaining all outside vendor contracts and agreements.
- Responsible for the landscaping at the facility
- Responsible for Security.
- Responding to emergencies 24/7. (24-hour on-call) modify,
Qualifications:
Required Work Experience:
5 - 7 years of experience in Facilities management.
- Previous Managerial or Supervisory experience required.
Preferred Work Experience:
- Practical experience in the following: Electrical, HVAC, Generator, and UPS operation, CMMS Systems, fire alarms, and building security.
- Practical experience in the following mechanical trades: Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Able to lift heavy objects.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance regulations.
Skills:
- Able to successfully work with a diverse group of individuals.
- Computer proficient. Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented individual.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to effectively and quickly respond to and resolve emergency situations.
- Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong customer-service focus
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
