Sr. Human Resources Information Technology Analyst (Remote)

The Senior Analyst in Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) will provide analytical, project management and execution support of various aspects of Quest Diagnostics' Human Resource (HR) technology strategy, architecture, and applicable policies. This role will act as a dedicated support lead for certain HR functions (e.g., talent acquisition). The incumbent will work closely with the Manager of Human Capital Management Systems, the Compensation Director, Absence COE Leader, and other team members, as needed depending on the needs. 


  • Partners with various organizational stakeholders (COE, IT, Payroll), leads the work to create technology solutions to support or improve key HR processes and policies, ensuring effective integration and use of HR technologies
  • Leads or participates in new module implementations. Examples:
    • Integration of existing or new technology solutions 
    • Communicating system risks to key senior stakeholders 
    • Developing business requirements and integration plans 
    • Preparing and delivering training, when needed 
  • Helps manage and coordinate system support tickets
  • Suggests and develops analytics and reports, as needed
  • Participates in quarterly release testing
  • Leads and executes user acceptance testing for all HR system upgrades/implementations
  • Works on continuously improving the user experience by applying better technology and process and making sure that the voice of the customer is reflected in proposed solutions
  • Supports change management processes as an integral part of the launch phase
  • Participates in creating recommendations for the appropriate HR platform and/or application to establish accurate reporting of HR information for the enterprise and its lines of business
  • Supports efforts to evaluate and prioritize HR technologies
  • Contributes to the research and evaluation of new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs

Required Work Experience:  

  • 6+ years of HRIS experience including 3+ years in Oracle HCM
  • At least 2 Oracle HCM implementations
  • Well-versed in workforce management processes

Preferred Work Experience:  

  • Experience in Oracle reporting tools
  • Business analyst or developer background
  • Implement and support Absence Management and OTL modules
