Advisor, HR Service Center
Job Description
The HR Service Center Advisor (HRSC Advisor) provides HR Preboarding support for internal leaders, employees, Talent Acquisition, and external customers and candidates through a concierge program to ensure timely and efficient turnaround. The Advisor ensures candidates fully complete all required steps to ensure compliance with Quest hiring practices, and partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure results are received, adjudicated, and decided upon prior to the candidates first day of employment.
This position is largely remote, but the team prefers the HRSC Advisor live in the Tampa area.
Responsibilities:
• Serves as the Tier II point of contact for HRSC employee and candidate inquires related to Preboarding questions, issues and concerns.
• Acts a resource for HRSC colleagues for Quest Preboarding processes, including the ordering and monitoring of background checks, drug screens, and I-9 completion.
• Monitors and updates new hire Oracle Service Requests.
• Acts as a Designated Authorized Representative (DAR) to ensure compliance and authorization to work in the United States.
• Submits candidate personal information to Oracle for creation of employee person number
• Effectively communicates with peers, supervisors, employees, Talent Acquisition, and vendors to ensure a consistent and timely flow of information.
• Responds to internal and external audit requests by providing appropriate data and files.
• Resolves issues and performs key tasks to ensure adherence to the established HRSC Preboarding Service Level Agreements.
• Provides support for special project work as needed.
• Supports candidates, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, ER, HRBPs, Corporate functions and Business Units by providing and obtaining required information for third party vendors, and state and federal agencies.
• Ability to prioritize, problem solve and apply critical thinking skills for transactions and tasks.
• Enters and maintains accurate documentation within Oracle case management system and employee files.
• Fosters teamwork to ensure positive morale and effective communication.
• Partners with the legal and compliance teams on litigations and subpoena requests.
• Performs position management transactions associated with an Oracle job requisition, including internal/external candidate transfers, external candidate hires and rehires.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
Required Work Experience:
2+ years of Human Resources, Onboarding Employee or Administrative Support experience
Preferred Work Experience:
HR Shared Services experience
Knowledge:
Knowledge of HRIS systems (Oracle) Applicant Tracking, Business Objects)
