Currently, we have an opening available for a Sr. Financial Analyst - Ops Finance at our Secaucus, NJ headquarters.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr. Financial Analyst will support the Finance Director for Operations Finance and will be primarily responsible for providing analysis and financial support for the outsourced Revenue Services function in addition to supporting the Finance Manager in several areas such as Patient Services, Facilities, Real Estate, QMS, and Lab Operations. This individual will assist the finance team in developing and implementing standard analytical tools and reports to improve quality, service and profitability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supports the Operations Finance Director and Finance Managers who are responsible for driving process, quality and cost improvements within the core service delivery functions.

2.  Assist in analyzing:
• Vendor payments
• Invigorate and productivity initiatives
• Enhanced cost reporting capabilities
• Savings and productivity improvement forecasting tools 

3. Develop and maintain standardized best practices regarding the reporting and analysis of functional expenses, including the design of management reporting, analytical tools and related processes.  Drive continuous improvement to deliver the highest quality.  

4. Collaborate with Regional Finance Managers and the rest of the Operations Finance team to ensure proper tracking and allocation of expenses

5. Exemplify the New Quest Behaviors.  Through Collaboration and One Team behaviors, serve as an effective business partner to multiple Ops Excellence leaders.  Recognizing that this centralized team serves many business partners, be agile, customer focused and performance (results) oriented. 

6. Continually reassess customer needs considering business/market dynamics, proactively identifying trends and working with Business Partners to adjust deliverables accordingly. 

7. Be actively committed to personal development through the continuous maintenance of an Individual Development Plan, engaging in training and learning opportunities, and having an active mentoring relationship.  Set goals and develop a vision to obtain those goals.  Work to achieve
goals that have been set.   

8. Special projects, as needed.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA/MBA a plus
• Approximately 3-5 years of professional accounting / finance experience.
• Demonstrates a strong knowledge of operational and financial processes and practical application of financial and strategic analysis
• Strong Excel skills, Essbase / PeopleSoft / Workforce Plan experience preferred
