The Workforce Analytics Manager role is responsible for analyzing and reporting on HR/Business data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role involves generating reports, interpreting data through the use of descriptive and inferential statistics, and distilling these findings into insights to HR leadership and stakeholders. The Workforce Analytics Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop metrics, and recommend, drive, and track impact of process improvements.


  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational trends
  • Analyze and present HR data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Provide recurring and ad-hoc reports to HR leadership and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand data needs and opportunities, and develop customized reports using tools such as R,  Tableau,  SQL, Python, and Excel
  • Perform data mining in a wide variety of systems, including Oracle HCM Core HR and Benefits modules, iCIMS, HR HelpDesk, and survey tools
  • Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and reliability
  • Proactively Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and streamline data collection and analysis
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR reporting, analytics, and associated tools and methods
  • Build relationships and partner with business units/functions in a consultative capacity to understand their key business problems and propose ways in which the WFA Team can develop solutions
  • Lead small scale projects and/or process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of departmental records and employee documentation

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related analytic field preferred
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR/Finance/Marketing analyst or similar role with a strong background in data manipulation and analysis
  • Agility in learning new technology / tools to support business efforts
  • Proficiency using one or more of the following:  R, SQL, Python, Tableau
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Power Point, Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Should have solid consulting skills and be able to partner effectively across multiple levels within the organization
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, remote environment
  • Knowledge of HR processes and policies is preferred
