Job Description
Base salary range: $135,000-165,000
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

As a member of the Internal Communications Department, the SeniorManager, Corporate Communications will be accountable for developing and executing an internal communication strategy surrounding business priorities such as: 1) a cultural change associated with taking performance higher, driving continuous improvement, 2) support employee communications for campaigns and initiatives that are driving business growth, and 3) cross-functional communications that drive alignment and connection among teams and departments. This position is expected to collaborate, learn from and share best practices across the communications community of practice including external, executive and regional communications.
The position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) and will be based at Quest's Secaucus, NJ HQ.

- Assists Sr. Director Internal Communications in leading the enterprise employee communications process.
- Works with business leaders to translate organizational actions and strategies into effective employee communications.
- This individual will play a key role in connecting employees to our mission and strategy, translating complex business updates, industry shifts and product developments into clear, compelling communications that drive understanding, alignment and engagement across a diverse and global employee base.
- Serve as a trusted adviser and partner to senior executives and stakeholders, helping implement internal communication strategies, campaigns and initiatives that align to business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with internal comms team to ensure communications are optimized for various internal channels including email, intranet, onQ program as well as manager guides and executive emails. Evaluate effectiveness of communications channels to drive continuous improvement, leveraging metrics to inform approach.
- Work with fellow internal, external and executive communications and multimedia team members to build relationships and create uniform messaging across the organization.
- Partner closely with Human Resources team to develop and execute communications plans around key annual programs, driving participation and understanding of company’s full suite of benefits including health, wellness, financial and growth programs.
- Develop and execute communications campaigns that reinforce key company growth initiatives, demonstrating progress against goals and alignment to company strategy through compelling storytelling.
- Execute and measure annual, quarterly and monthly communications programs that drive engagement of the company's diverse, multi-shift employee base.
- Develop key messages, talking points and leader guides based on business priorities (top-down) and develop mechanisms to seek feedback from front-line employees (bottom-up and across departments).
- Support the development of presentation materials that are clear and dynamic, helping employees make sense of company priorities and actions.
- The individual in this role will maintain strong relationships with leaders, employees, Regional and External Communications, and Human Resources to execute a strategy that leverages corporate messaging, materials and best practices, Human Resources goals and principles, while meeting the unique needs of the regional business.
- The individual in this role will use Quest Management Systems (QMS) tools and resources at a proficient level, with a particular focus on process management and project management.
Qualifications:

- 8-12 years in corporate communications strategy and execution, particularly during periods of extensive change.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Preferred Work Experience:
- Experience working in large organizations with large numbers of front-line, non-exempt employees is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent MS Office Skills, especially PowerPoint, exceptional written and verbal communications, effective interpersonal skills.
- Highly competent storyteller – understands how to drive engagement in presentation materials and written comms.
- Navigates ambiguity effectively and can demonstrate strong business acumen.
- Excellence in written communications; ability to write persuasively.
- Ability to use visuals and other non-written means of communicating in presentations.
- Skilled in best practices around public speaking so as to guide senior leaders effectively and adjust to their voice.
- Capability to interact with all levels of the organization and represent the communications function.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities of varying scope and complexity, self-directed while also collaborating as part of a larger matrixed environment.
