Job Description

Quest Diagnostics is a leading provider of diagnostic testing, information, and services that help patients and physicians make informed healthcare decisions. We are seeking a SeniorMarketing Manager, Health Systems Marketing to support commercial growth initiatives through well-coordinated B2B marketing programs.

We are seeking a commercially-minded marketing leader to own account-based marketing for new account acquisitions across our target health system accounts. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, acting as a true co-owner of account outcomes alongside health system sales reps, not just a program supporter.

The ideal candidate brings both strategic marketing vision and hands-on execution, leads the sales team’s efforts in tandem with marketing deployments, and continuously raises the bar on what ABM can do for our health system business.

Responsibilities:
  • Own new account acquisition outcomes across target health system accounts, partnering with sales reps as a peer in commercial strategy
  • Set the agenda for account-based marketing strategy, driving adoption of marketing programs, and ensuring tight alignment between marketing activity and sales priorities
  • Develop and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies, including account selection, stakeholder mapping, messaging, and multi-channel activation across Demandbase, Eloqua, and LinkedIn
  • Navigate complex health system buying groups — including clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders — with tailored messaging and coordinated outreach
  • Drive innovation in and beyond the ABM program, bringing new ideas on how to approach, engage, and win health system accounts
  • Make prioritization and investment decisions based on pipeline impact and account-level business value
  • Continuously optimize programs based on engagement data, pipeline progression, and direct sales feedback
  • Support broader marketing initiatives as needed, including campaign work outside the ABM program, ensuring health system market perspective is represented across efforts
  • Contribute to voice of customer research, bringing field and account insights into customer understanding that informs messaging, positioning, and program development

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • 8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant focus on ABM or enterprise marketing
  • Deep familiarity with health system buying dynamics, including IDN structures and clinical/administrative stakeholder navigation
  • Proficiency with ABM and marketing automation platforms (Demandbase, Eloqua, LinkedIn)
  • Track record of leading cross-functional relationships, particularly with sales, at a peer level

What We're Looking For

  • A commercial mindset, you think in account wins, in addition to campaign outcomes
  • Intellectual curiosity and a drive to push what ABM can be, not just execute what it's always been
  • Ownership mentality with the discipline to translate vision into coordinated, high-quality execution
  • Versatility and range — comfortable moving between deep account work, broader campaign support, and customer research as business needs evolve

What Success Looks Like

  • Recognition by sales reps as a true commercial partner, not a marketing support function
  • Multi-stakeholder engagement within the Health Systems business unit that meaningfully advances pipeline
  • A point of view on ABM that influences how the broader program evolves over time
