Job Description


The Head of Quest Technology’s Enterprise Data and Analytics (EDA) function for Healthcare Analytics Solutions (HAS) provides overall leadership and ownership within the Quest Technology Enterprise Data and Analytics leadership team to manage the delivery and support of Healthcare Analytics Solutions. This role oversees the management of the Quest Technology Portfolio for Healthcare Analytics Solutions, including the delivery budget, resourcing, and overall delivery. The Head of Quest Technology EDA for HAS works with peers across Quest Technology and Quest Technology EDA to manage the planning process annually, lead daily projects and monthly Quest Technology portfolio reviews with Healthcare Analytics Solutions. This individual leads data engineering and data architecture across Quest Technology in support of Healthcare Analytics Solutions.

Pay Range: $200,000 - $250,000 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the execution of large-scale programs supporting Healthcare Analytics Solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals.
  • Oversee program performance, risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance for the Healthcare Analytics Solutions portfolio.
  • Develop and execute project plans, milestone charts, program documentation, and performance scorecards related to Healthcare Analytics Solutions delivery.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, schedules, and change control processes to ensure successful delivery of Healthcare Analytics Solutions.
  • Drive visibility into program roadblocks, critical path dependencies, and execution risks, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues impacting Healthcare Analytics Solutions.

Data Governance & Compliance

  • Define and implement data governance strategies for data supporting Healthcare Analytics Solutions, ensuring adherence to regulatory and Quest Technology organizational policies.
  • Partner with data analysts, IT, and business leaders to develop and enforce data management best practices for Healthcare Analytics Solutions.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance data controls (quality, lineage, cataloging, security, privacy protection) for data used by Healthcare Analytics Solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance frameworks relevant to Healthcare Analytics Solutions data.

Analytics & Data Strategy

  • Oversee programs that enhance data and analytics capabilities for Healthcare Analytics Solutions, including data engineering and data architecture.
  • Partner with data science and analytics teams to improve data availability, accessibility, and usability of data for Healthcare Analytics Solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making by providing guidance on analytics strategies and tools in the context of Healthcare Analytics Solutions.
  • Support data integration and interoperability efforts across various systems and platforms to support Healthcare Analytics Solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, IT, data governance teams, and Healthcare Analytics Solutions stakeholders.
  • Communicate program status, key risks, and milestones to C-suite and senior leadership, specifically regarding the Healthcare Analytics Solutions portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings, workshops, and targeted improvement events to drive strategic objectives related to Healthcare Analytics Solutions.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven innovation across the Quest Technology EDA organization, with a focus on how it supports Healthcare Analytics Solutions.

Team Management & Mentorship

  • Manage and mentor project and program managers within the Quest Technology EDA function, fostering professional growth and leadership development, particularly in the context of Healthcare Analytics Solutions.
  • Provide coaching on project management methodologies, data governance frameworks, and analytics best practices relevant to Healthcare Analytics Solutions.
  • Support team members in developing learning plans and career progression strategies.

  • Oversee activities of other project work stream managers



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent field
  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide programs in data management, analytics, and/or governance.
  • Demonstrated success in driving data governance initiatives and implementing regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with data management, business intelligence (BI) tools, data lakehouse, analytics and AI platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform software
  • Strong background in process improvement, program execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries is a plus.
