Senior Data Analyst (Remote)
In this role, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of dashboard development. You will work with business owners to document the requirements. You will collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to build the ETL pipelines that are required to support the dashboards. This includes loading and cleaning data elements, applying analytical data transformations and managing scheduling and data refreshes. You will then turn the designs into a highly engaging interactive user experience, that fully expresses the requirements. You will support the dashboards post-launch by identifying and repairing bugs and documenting and implementing enhancements identified by users.
Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

· Design and build dashboards in collaboration with business owners.
· Collaborate with database engineers to build appropriate data sets and pipelines to support high performance dashboards.
· Write code to execute complex data transformations and integrate them into ETL pipelines.
· Build performance tests and optimize dashboards for end users.
· Work with UI design specifications to ensure that dashboards meet enterprise design standards.
· Work on multiple dashboard projects simultaneously.
· Use Jira to track development progress.
· Diagnose bugs reported by end users and rapidly provide solutions.
Required Work Experience:
· 3+ years of experience building dashboards in Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI or an equivalent enterprise business intelligence solution.
· 3+ years in writing and executing SQL queries.
· 3+ years in software development using a moder programming language such as python, Java, R, or C#.
· 3+ years in and agile development environment using Jira or other similar project management software.
· 1+ years in execution and development of ETL pipelines.
Preferred Work Experience:
· Experience working with healthcare data covered by HIPAA.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
· Open mindset, ability to quickly adapt new technologies and learn new practice.
Knowledge:
· Demonstrated knowledge of SQL. And BI tools.
· Demonstrated knowledge of modern programming methodology.
· Demonstrated knowledge of requirements gathering and recording requirements and turning them into application designs.
· Demonstrated understanding of the agile project management methodology.
Skills:
· Business intelligence.
· Requirements interpretation and ui design.
· Clear communication both written and oral.
· SQL query execution and optimization.
