Job Description

We Provide Solutions. Patients and Physicians rely on our diagnostic testing, information, and services to help them make better healthcare decisions. These are often serious decisions with far reaching consequences, and require sensitivity, tact, and a clear dedication to service. It’s about providing clarity and hope.

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Marketing Specialist to join our established, high-performing agile squad within the Physician Marketing team. In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as a versatile marketer across diverse marketing initiatives, driving seamless execution and operational excellence across a wide range of Physician Marketing initiatives. You will be instrumental in developing campaign assets, driving sales enablement, and supporting provider education initiatives.

This is a hybrid position based in Secaucus, NJ (three days per week in-office).

Responsibilities:

Asset & Collateral Creation: Develop high-quality campaign assets, marketing collateral, and educational materials tailored to targeted physician audiences. This can also include creative execution and in-person attendance for conferences.

Sales Enablement: Build and maintain essential sales enablement tools. Act as the primary manager of resources within QForce and other related systems to empower the sales organization.

Asset Management & Production: Maintain and organize marketing assets across various internal platforms. Coordinate seamlessly with Marketing Operations to ensure timely and accurate production of all materials.

Digital & Social Media Execution: Develop, write, and deploy social media content and other digital components to support and amplify overarching marketing campaigns. This could include podcasts and webinars.

Cross-Functional Agility: Operate as a highly adaptable marketer. Flex across multiple Physician Marketing initiatives as business priorities shift, rather than aligning to a single segment, customer, or business area.

Project management: Manages the flow of marketing projects, including continuous tracking, transparent status reporting, facilitating iterative feedback and refinements with third-party agencies, and ensuring timely asset delivery and system integration

Build relationships: Partner with internal (business partners, peers) and external stakeholders (key industry players, agencies and vendors)

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Prefer1–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or a B2B environment.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management systems (e.g. Workfront) and sales enablement platforms (knowledge of Seismic and Salesforce is preferred but not required). Aptitude to learn various digital marketing and analytics tools such as Eloqua, LinkedIn, Sprout, UTM’s, Mixpanel and PowerBI. Highly proficient with various software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.

Agility: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail in collateral and digital content creation.

Measurement and Performance: Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and clear business impact

Pay Range: ~$70,000 - $85,000 per year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
