Marketing Manager - Physician

The Physician Marketing Manager will work with Physician Marketing Executive/Senior, Director to ensure execution of Physician marketing plans.
This is a hybrid position based in Secaucus, NJ (3 days per week in-office).
Responsibilities:
Marketing Plan Execution & Strategic Leadership
- Work with Physician Marketing Executive/Senior, Director to ensure execution of Physician marketing plan
- Develop effective and efficient marketing strategies and related tactics based on deep understanding of customer channel
- Design and execute integrated marketing programs across organic and paid channels, including, but not limited to, content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and campaign performance analysis
- Translate business objectives into actionable, insight-driven marketing plans across customer segments and channels
- Synthesize voice-of-customer insights to identify demand barriers, customer needs, and market trends
Test-and-Learn Innovation
- Design and implement initiatives to pilot new marketing approaches, channels, and messaging strategies (ex. always-on content strategy, account-based marketing, etc.)
- Identify synergies where messaging aligns to the buyer’s journey and tailor to customer needs, call points, and demand drivers
- Ensure alignment between national strategy and key regional opportunities to maximize relevance and performance
- Enable regional teams with scalable program frameworks, messaging, and templates that can be customized for local execution
Measurement, Performance, & Spend Effectiveness
- Refine strategies based on performance insights, engagement metrics, and evolving market dynamics
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and clear business impact
- Leverage tools such as Mixpanel for UTM tracking and custom PowerBI dashboards to monitor engagement
- Manage marketing budgets across team initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective spend allocation
Stakeholder Relationships & Communication
- Build relationships and partner with internal (business partners, peers) and external stakeholders (key industry players, agencies and vendors)
- Serve as a strategic partner across business functions to ensure cohesive, collaborative marketing execution
- Enable commercial teams through clear communication, and delivery of tools, resources, and insights that support customer engagement and business growth
Qualifications:

- Education Required - Bachelor’s Degree, Business degree preferred
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years success in a marketing role; 3+ years in healthcare industry preferred; Healthcare technology experience a plus
- Up to 25% business travel required
- Experience with Salesforce, Seismic, Eloqua, and/or Demandbase platforms preferred
- Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrix environment
- Excellent project management skills, including management of agencies and vendors to ensure execution
- Superior communication skills including ability to develop superior slide presentations and deliver formal business presentations
- Initiative – ability to independently problem solve and find resolutions
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to synthesize market/customer insights into prioritized marketing opportunities
- Strong capabilities in analyzing data to demonstrate quantifiable opportunities or results
- Core marketing capabilities to design marketing strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities
