Job Description
Quest Diagnostics is a leading provider of diagnostic testing, information, and services that help patients and physicians make informed healthcare decisions. We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Health Systems Marketing to support commercial growth initiatives through well-coordinated B2B marketing programs.
This role supports the Health Systems business by partnering closely with Commercial and cross-functional teams to plan and execute targeted marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will play an important role in supporting structured growth efforts, including time-bound commercial programs, by ensuring work is well organized, clearly communicated, and delivered on schedule.
The ideal candidate is an execution-focused marketer with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and comfort operating in collaborative, deadline-driven environments.
This is a hybrid position based in Secaucus, NJ (3 days per week in office).
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of B2B marketing initiatives aligned to Health Systems commercial priorities
- Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support focused growth programs, including structured, sprint-based initiatives
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across marketing, sales, analytics, product, and agency partners
- Support the development of marketing materials, including sales enablement tools, campaign content, and executive- and field-facing presentations
- Maintain clear project documentation, including plans, timelines, and status updates, to ensure alignment and visibility
- Track progress of assigned initiatives and support performance reporting in partnership with analytics teams
- Ensure marketing efforts align with Quest brand standards and business objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination, communication, and execution efficiency across initiatives
- Manage assigned marketing budgets, including tracking spend, reconciliation and reporting as the Team Budget Captain.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments
- Experience supporting sales-aligned or commercially driven marketing programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing marketing budgets, including spend tracking, forecasting and reconciliation
- Proficiency with standard marketing and business tools (CRM, Office suite, marketing platforms)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or other complex or regulated industries
- Background in field marketing, account services, or client-facing roles
- Experience coordinating with agencies or external partners
- Familiarity with structured marketing programs or phased campaign execution
- Comfort working with performance metrics and post-program reviews
