Job Description
Pay Range: $25 - $35/ hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Legal Administrator is responsible for providing highly confidential executive-level support to the legal team. Specifically, this role supports the Health Plans legal team; Business Development legal team; and the Government Affairs team.
Responsibilities:
- Creates and modifies correspondence, documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Revises agreements and documents, proofreads material, as assigned
- Tracks progress on projects, schedules calls, sends reminders, and performs other project management-related functions upon request
- Prepares and modifies charts, spreadsheets, Visio charts, and PowerPoint presentations for various projects
- Arranges travel arrangements and executes expense reports
- Maintains attorneys’ calendars, schedules meetings, and appointments
- Prepares legal invoices for payment and run reports as requested
- Opens and distributes incoming mail
- Performs general clerical duties including copying, faxing, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years secretary with a minimum of 3 years Legal Secretary experience
Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, etc.)
- Experience in other programs such as Survey Monkey and Counsel Link
Skills:
- Ability to think analytically
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and high volume of work on deadline
- Effectively respond to office workflow issues
- Demonstrates evidence of effective communication skills – both written and oral
- Aptitude to learn new tasks
