Intern - Clinical Solutions Marketing

The Clinical Solutions Marketing Intern will support development and governance of educational content delivered through Provider Insights, a key strategic initiative designed to equip healthcare professionals with valuable diagnostic testing information. The individual will be a central point-of-contact between marketers, other internal stakeholders, and agency partners to help streamline processes and ensure that content is created in accordance with marketer and clinical business priorities. Content examples include web articles, podcasts, on-demand webinars, and test overview brochures.
Preference will be given to candidates who are within commutable distance to Secaucus, NJ for a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in-office). Fully remote candidates may also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Support coordination and maintenance of Provider Insights editorial calendar inclusive of all relevant clinical areas
- Define standard operation procedures for content development and publishing; develop playbook for stakeholders
- Partner with marketers and agencies on development of new content
- Support promotion of content through healthcare provider content strategy and identify opportunities for supplemental promotion
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (entering junior or senior year) at an accredited institution with a major in marketing, business, communications, or other related discipline
- An interest in developing strategy, messaging, and content for the healthcare provider audience
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; familiarity with web content management, email, and/or social media platforms a bonus
- Strong written and verbal communication aptitude
- Organizational and project management skills
