Job Description
Pay range: $38-$46.00/hour, plus annual bonus
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Executive Assistant will support the Sr. VP of Enterprise Operations from Quest Diagnostics’ Secaucus, NJ-based HQ. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role—It’s a high-exposure, high-accountability position for someone who wants to learn how senior leaders operate, how decisions are made, and how large teams scale.
The Executive Assistant will operate as an extension of the Sr. VP — managing time, information flow, and priorities Over time, the role can evolve toward operations leadership or Chief of Staff–type responsibilities for the right person.
Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the daily schedule of the Sr. VP, including keeping appointments and meetings on time or changing schedules when necessary
- Manage contacts, proactively understanding who they are, which are priority contacts and keeping track of periodic communication needed for priority contacts.
- Meeting and presentation preparation and follow-up
- Triage the Sr. VP’s in-box and draft communication
- Coordinate travel and proactively coordinate the pre-planning of trips with various internal functions
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Anticipate issues before they escalate
- Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner
- Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior leader(s) and operations
- Experience in a fast-moving, high-performance environment, including consulting, startup, or military
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written communication, including assisting in the development of slide decks and presentations
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal team, cross-functional team, and external parties in a rapidly growing environment
