Director, Vendor Management
Job Description
The Vendor Management Director will integrate and manage services across multiple vendors, manage vendor performance and drive continual service improvement for all strategic vendors within HTAS (Healthcare Technology and Analytical Solutions) . The Director will also scan the current vendor landscape for optimization opportunities and renegotiate contracts accordingly
This position may be based as a hybrid (minimum 3 days/week on-site) at either Quest’s Secaucus, NJ, headquarters or the Schaumburg, IL location.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000/year + 20% Annual Incentive Plan
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Qualifications:
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum 10 years financial services/Vendor Management/Case Load Management in an IT /Project environment with Outsource experience (On and Off Shore)
Preferred Work Experience:
- 4 years in the healthcare or technology industry is preferred

- Ability to contribute to business strategy, merging business operations, and leading vendor/partner outsourced initiatives.
- Ability to collect, organize, and display relevant data in spreadsheet and professional presentation formats

- Ability to clearly communicate high level strategy and details effectively across disciplines, locations, and organizations, including to senior leadership.
