Director, Demand Management
Job Description
The Director of Demand Management is responsible for leading and maturing the enterprise demand management capability. The Director will establish scalable, data-driven demand processes, optimize demand generation and intake strategies, and lead a team of demand managers to ensure alignment between business priorities, capacity, and delivery outcomes. Partnership with executive leadership, portfolio management, finance, and delivery teams will be essential to translate strategic objectives into actionable prioritized demand.
This position will be based in Secaucus, NJ (hybrid).
Pay Range: $175,000,000 - $200,000/year + 20% Annual Incentive Plan
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, from planning through execution and optimization
- Develop data-driven demand forecasts and pipeline targets in partnership with Technology and Finance
- Develop and executing the strategic roadmap to implement continuous improvement and mature the demand management function
- Develop, embed and continuously improve demand management practices capabilities within the organization
- Analyze funnel performance and customer journey metrics to identify growth opportunities in the demand management process
- Optimize processes, scoring models, and handoff to execution
- Collaborate with Product, BRMs, Finance, Technology, Security, Architecture, and PMO
- Manage to the technology budget, trade-off options, and portfolio roadmap
- Manage a team of demand managers (2-3 direct reports in the US and India)
- Present insights and updates to senior leadership
- Act as a subject matter expert providing coaching, training and guidance to all demand managers
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue operations
- A proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using CRM and tools
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Technology, Finance, and Product teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate strategically while executing tactically
- Understanding of portfolio management and financial governance concepts
- The ability to travel up to 25%
