Director Consumer Marketing CRM
Pay Range: $160K-$190K / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The marketing technology director is responsible for understanding marketing outcomes that deliver upon Quest’s business objectives, mapping out a long-term strategy for achieving those outcomes, and implementing projects that will execute that strategy step-by-step. You are both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, primarily leveraging expertise in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform. Your focus is on the technical roadmap including platform integrations, solutions leveraging functionality, strategic thought leadership, and team performance.
Expect 2-3 direct reports: 2 CRM Managers (each with 2 direct reports) and 1 Scrum Master. Up to 25%, East coast preferred |
