Director, Business Transformation - Invigorate
Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000 salary + 20% target AIP
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Director, Business Transformation will be responsible for proactively leading and improving the corporate Invigorate program strategy, execution and governance to drive annual cost savings while leveraging financial and metric data and partnering with functional/regional owners to create successful actionable roadmaps to success.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in multi-functional roles, with emphasis in operations and/or finance including various industries.
This position reports to the Vice President, National Business Transformation and is based as a hybrid role (minimum 3 days per week) at Quest Corporate Headquarters in Secaucus, NJ.
- Leads as primary ownership of the corporate Invigorate program to ensure attainment of a multi-year cost savings program.
- Develop reliable monthly and quarterly estimates of program efforts by engaging with stakeholders to ensure robust cost savings planning and execution with actionable roadmaps to meet or exceed Invigorate performance expectations.
- Leads and builds systematic approach, communication plan, and valuable org reviews aligned with program milestones to escalate progress/risks to target.
- Identifies key cost saving opportunities in the Order-to-Cash value stream.
- Coordinates with Business Transformation/Lean colleagues to identify key cost savings initiatives as future Kaizen events.
- Builds standard work and daily management process rigor with early detection to potential Invigorate attainment risks.
- Leads scheduling and readiness of all business reviews of the Invigorate program, including professional presentation preparation for C-suite and staff.
- Drive cultural transformation by promoting problem solving and empowering employee ownership of their roles in continuous improvement.
- Lead and/or coach teams in problem solving techniques (PSP, A3, PDCA, 8-D, DIVE) to develop a sustaining culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, engage Invigorate flagship and regional teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Lead and coordinate the annual Invigorate planning aligned with Annual Operational Planning(AOP).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as internal standards for safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
- 10+ years of business leadership, ideally in an operational or financial function.
- Ability to manage multiple high priorities and high visibility deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence other and drive change while working across all levels, functions, and regions.
- Demonstrated depth and breadth in operational and financial expertise.
- Successfully managed multi-million-dollar projects or budgets.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Prefer 5+ years experience leading operational P&L or similar financial experience.
