Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager upports the development and execution of corporate digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including web, search, email, and other digital platforms. They will act as a key strategic resource for the Digital Marketing team, serving as a partner to colleagues across the broader marketing organization to deliver agile, effective, and measurable digital campaigns.
This role is responsible for helping prioritize and manage marketing requests through an agile process, ensuring campaign content, channel execution, and optimization are aligned with business goals. The Manager will leverage data, testing, and industry best practices to establish baseline metrics, track progress, and continuously improve digital performance across channels. As a trusted advisor, they will provide strategic and tactical guidance to colleagues and agencies, ensuring content and campaigns are developed in the right formats and optimized for the intended audience and channel.
The Manager will play a key role on the Digital Marketing Strategy team, helping deliver measurable results that contribute to companywide and campaign KPIs, such as improving customer engagement, driving online conversion rates, generating leads, and reducing call center volume.
As the digital marketing function grows, the Manager will also lead one or more direct reports and cross-functional resources in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital strategies. They will manage communications and reporting with colleagues and senior management, requiring strong collaboration skills to drive effective partnerships across business units, creative, analytics, UX, IT, and external vendors.
The position reports to the Digital Marketing Director, and is based in our Secaucus, NJ headquarters (hybrid work schedule - 3 days per week in office).

- Develop and implement corporate digital marketing strategies that span web, search, email, and other channels.
- Drive agile processes to manage incoming marketing requests, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
- Collaborate with content owners, campaign managers, and channel specialists to ensure digital initiatives align with marketing and business objectives.
- Use analytics platforms to establish baseline metrics, track progress, and optimize campaign performance across digital channels.
- Lead testing and optimization initiatives (A/B, multivariate, personalization, etc.) to enhance conversion and customer experience.
- Partner with internal Analytics, Strategy, Creative, UX, and IT teams to execute integrated digital campaigns and site enhancements.
- Ensure data accuracy and relevance in marketing systems, including location and customer information, for both SEO and customer experience needs.
- Manage vendor and platform relationships (e.g., SEO tools, location management platforms, CMS, email platforms) to support program execution.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices; proactively share recommendations with the business.
- Guide and mentor direct reports and cross-functional contributors on digital marketing strategies, analysis, and execution.
- Provide regular and ad hoc communications to senior management regarding projects, performance, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications or other related discipline.
Critical Know How and Skill Selection Criteria
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, optimization, and reporting across multiple channels (web, email, search, social, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, paid search, and other digital marketing tactics and how they influence campaign performance.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., CMS, email platforms, analytics tools, SEO tools).
- Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Fully proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
- Experience working in agile or similar iterative project methodologies is strongly preferred.
Pay Range: - ~$115,000 - $130,000 per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
