Coordinator - Consumer Brand Marketing (CIT)

The Coordinator, Consumer Brand Marketing will support Consumer Brand Marketing colleagues (notably, Director and Senior Manager) and other members of the Consumer Marketing organization to execute brand campaigns and brand messaging that primarily drive consideration of Quest’s Consumer-Initiated Testing business by way of its ecommerce platform, questhealth.com. This role will also be expected to support other areas of the Quest Consumer business as needs arise.
This is a remote opportunity.
Pay Range: ~ $90,000 - $100,000
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

- Collaborate with Consumer Brand Marketing & Consumer Media team members to manage development and execution of campaign creative assets (ensure assets are built to spec, are circulated for approvals by required stakeholders, and are timely trafficked)
- Collaborate with Consumer Brand Marketing & Merchandising team members to manage integrated marketing calendar inclusive of promotional and brand campaigns, media flighting and press coverage, and other timely moments
- Collaborate with Consumer Brand Marketing & Merchandising team on questhealth.com and questdiagnostics.com creative messaging
- Support Consumer Brand Marketing team in identifying and executing against new, relevant messaging opportunities within the greater Quest ecosystem and beyond
- Manage creative asset organization on share drive
- Reports into the Director, Consumer Brand Marketing, and specifically supports the Consumer-Initiated Testing business
- 5+ years experience of in-house brand management/marketing and/or advertising/marketing agency
- B2C/DTC brand experience preferred, familiarity with CPG retail and/or healthcare industry a plus
- Support management of integrated brand marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional (internal and external) teams to ensure flawless, timely execution
- Support management of Superside creative agency stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree Required
