Position description:

The Clinical Solutions Marketing Manager – Specialty Call Points will support portfolio-wide marketing execution across our clinical solutions areas, with a focus on the specialty call point providers. This role will be responsible for supporting the development of data-informed value propositions, and executing on targeted, downstream campaign tactics designed to drive demand and generate qualified leads. Leveraging strategic marketing plans and customer insights, the manager will collaborate closely with the specialty call point and product marketing teams to deliver high-impact programs, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement tools that accelerate growth and enhance engagement across key B2B channels. 

This is a hybrid position based in Secaucus, NJ (3 days in office). 




Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with specialty call point marketing lead to develop marketing plans aligned to business goals and buyer needs across specialty call points. Operate within an agile marketing framework by participating actively in daily stand-ups, using agile platforms to drive transparency and organization
  2. Translate strategic marketing plans to design and deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution and post-campaign performance reporting-- demonstrating enthusiasm for iterative planning, testing, and continuous improvement.
  3. Distill customer and market research, insights, and analytics into marketing tactics that support portfolio awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation.
  4. Align marketing programs with the buyer’s journey and product lifecycle, integrating voice of customer insights and sales feedback to optimize engagement and conversion.
  5. Drive execution across organic and paid marketing channels including content marketing, events, demand generation campaigns, social media, and sales enablement.
  6. Manage budgets and optimize investments across tactics and channels to maximize return.
  7. Analyze marketing performance metrics, deliver actionable insights, and continuously optimize campaign performance against goals.
  8. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (commercial, product, sales enablement) and external partners (agencies, vendors, KOLs) to ensure cohesive marketing execution.



Qualifications:
  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrix environment
  • Excellent project management skills, including management of agencies and vendors to ensure execution
  • Superior communication skills including ability to develop superior slide presentations and deliver formal business presentations
  • Initiative – ability to independently problem solve and find resolutions
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to synthesize market/customer insights into prioritized marketing opportunities; Strong capabilities in analyzing data to demonstrate quantifiable opportunities or results
  • Core marketing capabilities to design marketing strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities
  • Up to 25% business travel required

Bachelor's Degree Required 

Pay Range: ~$120,000 - $135,000 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
