Business Systems Analyst II (Hybrid)
Job Description
The primary purposes of the Business System Analyst II role are to coordinate the administration request of PeopleSoft general configuration, provide PeopleSoft functionality support, trouble shoot issues and problems, and suggest/implement process improvements.
Please note this is a hybrid opportunity (3 days in the office/ 2 days WFH)
Pay Range: $90 - $110 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:
Manage Chartfield requests: conduct weekly meetings with business stakeholders to document, review, and approval of PeopleSoft configuration requests.
Process Chartfield requests using Data Relationship Management (DRM) / PeopleSoft to ensure all chartfields are recorded and distributed to supported systems.
Business Process Improvements: work with Business Partners to provide recommendations, suggestions, and delivery process improvements using RPA / Microsoft Power Suite tools.
Maintain team SharePoint site to ensure all processes are documented to support our team and Business Partners. This will include enhancement, modification, and updating team pages.
Provide PeopleSoft reconciliation, query, n-vision, General Ledger functional support.
Work with internal and external auditors to fulfill audit requests.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business information systems or equivalent work experience
Required Work Experience:
- Three or more years of PeopleSoft Functional experience within GL/Configuration
- Working knowledge of creating PeopleSoft Query and N-vision Report
Experience managing projects. Prioritizing, scheduling, and completing multiple projects with competing resources
Preferred Work Experience:
- Working experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable, Allocations, Multi currency processing
- Working experience with Data Relationship Management (DRM) and Freeform
Technical Knowledge:
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to solve problems and make decisions. Include critical thinking, research, data analysis, and creativity
- Ability to focus on and manage details, as well as to prioritize tasks and manage time
- Understands core financial accounting concepts, metrics, processes and systems
Skills:
- Collaborative approach to work, ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize appropriately, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in process analysis, design, and implementation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
