Pay Range: $96,000 - $133,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Senior Financial Analyst within Pricing Infrastructure is responsible for supporting and enhancing pricing and reporting tools utilized across the Strategic Pricing organization. This role blends financial expertise with advanced technical proficiency to maintain, troubleshoot, and develop tools that drive efficiency and support strategic goals. The position collaborates closely with end-users and IT teams to ensure seamless functionality and plays a key role in the vision of unifying pricing tools for both hospital and physician lines of business. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and adept at working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
*Candidate may work from any nearsite location in a hybrid capacity (3 days a week in office).
- Develop, create, and maintain datasets using Excel and SQL to integrate standard and non-standard site data for pricing tools and reporting
- Write and optimize SQL queries, including complex joins and subqueries, to extract and manipulate data efficiently
- Design and maintain VBA applications within MS Access to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Enhance existing processes and develop new workflows to adapt to evolving business needs
- Execute month-end close data refreshes by leveraging Access databases, importing files to the server, and running a series of SQL stored procedures to ensure timely and accurate data updates
- Partner with Strategic Pricing personnel to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that align with team objectives
- Serve as a technical resource, providing guidance and support to the Strategic Pricing team on data-related challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in data analysis, application development, or pricing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with significant experience managing large datasets
- Expert knowledge of VBA for application development, particularly within MS Access
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data management capabilities
- Advanced Proficiency in SQL (Oracle SQL and T-SQL) and familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL Developer
- Understanding of data infrastructure and server connections
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate confidently across all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service and performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint development
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS, combined with SQL stored procedures, to support automation efforts for generating and formatting email outputs
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Informatica, Alteryx, or Power Automate
- Exposure to cloud environments, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
