Job Purpose

The Regional Account Manager is the over-arching contact for insurance accounts. This role utilizes excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong business relationships with clients while providing on-going sales and service support.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for all escalated issues.

  • Produce necessary reports and statistics required for customer satisfaction.

  • Acting as backup to the external client when SAE is unavailable.

  • Liaison between SAEs and other departments within the Examone organization.

  • Remains knowledgeable on key accounts, industry trends and opportunities as well as all services, systems and processes.

  • Provide administrative support to the SAE in the completion of the budget process.

  • Attends client meetings, facilitates meetings and conference calls, attends regional and national meetings and conventions as required.

  • Travels to client location as necessary. Hosts or assists in hosting, client visits.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Education Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology or related field of study.  Experience may be substituted for degree.

Work Experience:
Must have 5 years of experience in a sales support type environment.

Must be able to quickly and efficiently resolve urgent client issues.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Observe strict confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to set goals and priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
Accuracy with attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
Present self and ExamOne in a professional, enthusiastic and positive manner.
Ability to make a good impression and quickly develop good communications with the client.  Able to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships.
Possess strong leadership skills as well as the ability to contribute to a teamwork environment
