Basic Purpose:        

-Partners across the Commercial Operations organization to lead implementation of national sales performance and reporting tools-
-Overall responsibility for APEX based commercial reporting applications.
-Lead reporting initiatives for Commercial team related to the sales strategy
-Based on commercial team feedback on available tools and processes, develops alternative reporting solutions and works with Sales Tools and Technology team to implement
-Recommend and Implement reporting tools to support National Commercial objectives such as Target/Lead Management, Territory deployment, performance trends, etc.
-Participates on various strategic and operational projects with Commercial Operations and Regional Commercial Effectiveness, Marketing, Franchise, Strategy and Solutions teams.
-Supports best practice reporting development using locally deployed tools to develop national standard solutions
-Interfaces with Commercial tools and Technology team to deploy solutions through Salesforce.com and constantly improve business
-Work with the technology team to constantly improve and update reporting tools
-Develop ad hoc reporting solutions based on needs of the business
-Develop and Provide Training on Reporting Tools and Technology.

Supervision Exercised:
-Hire, manage, and develop Reporting Analysts to provide complete solutions across the entire Quest Commercial Organization.

Education Preferred:        

MBA

Work Experience:

-10+ years in Commercial/Sales related analytics
-Business planning and project management
-Proficiency in development of business reports, data and presentations to support decision making
-Project Management
-Highly proficient analytical skills
-Expert MS Excel / MS Access
-Expert Oracle or other DB – Application Express
-Expert Cognos or similar reporting software.
-Proficiency in sales technology applications, solutions
-Understanding of the Sales process in a healthcare delivery environment
-Experience in Life Sciences

Expert Knowledge of Quest Systems and Processes including QDSS, Billing, Sales, Compensation
