Job Description
This position is responsible for all aspects of recruiting (sourcing, interviewing and hiring) health professionals as independent contractors or per diem employees to staff health and wellness events and flu clinics and/or phlebotomists for life insurance exams.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates based on strategic network needs / requests from the Health and Wellness Specialist or Branch Manager for designated region
- Responsible for screening candidates
- Conduct phone interview and selection process
- Identify candidates to be hired (based on screening / interviewing process)
- Extend verbal offer, issue offer letter, and prepare the candidate for pre-boarding
- Establish and maintain strong partnership within internal organization
- Partner with external resources (colleges, medical staffing entities and other industry specific organizations) to support the sourcing and business needs
Qualifications:
Required Work Experience:
- 2-4 years prior recruiting and/or human resources and/or staffing experience
Preferred Work Experience:
- High Volume recruiting strongly preferred
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
Knowledge:
- Experience recruiting nurses and phlebotomist strongly preferred
Skills:
- Computer skills required; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
- Strong telephone skills (A majority of the time spent in this role is on the phone)
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organized, extreme attention to detail, excellent work ethic
- Ability to contribute individually as well as in a team-environment
- Ability to work in a metrics driven environment
