Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Planning (Hybrid)
Job Description
The role involves leading all aspects of supply chain planning and analytics, including developing strategies, managing inventory, optimizing supply and demand, and improving processes. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales & operations, franchise, and procurement), managing supplier relationships, implementing supply chain planning systems, and leading a team to ensure operational efficiency, and meet business objectives.
Guide the team responsible for aligning supply plans with business goals, driving process improvements, and coordinating with key stakeholders to support growth and customer satisfaction.
Leverage planning expertise and supply chain analytics to enhance planning accuracy and reduce overall supply chain risk.
This professional must be located and work 3 days a week onsite at one of our major sites. These locations include:
Norristown, PA
Secaucus, NJ
Addison, TX
Schaumburg, IL
Tampa, FL
Lenexa, KS
Marlborough, MA
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on process improvement, improved cost management, and performance enhancement.
- Lead the planning and execution of direct material supply, ensuring alignment with demand and supply forecasts, and managing inventory levels to minimize risk and maximize inventory.
- Partner with internal departments such as sales & operations, national lab operations, franchise, and procurement to create cohesive plans and resolve tactical and strategic issues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor their performance, collaborate on driving cost out of the overall end-to-end supply chain.
- Assess current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and agility.
- Lead the implementation of supply chain planning systems and tools, from functional design to user acceptance testing.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to improve supply chain success.
- Collaborate with senior leaders in procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure that supply planning initiatives are integrated into operational strategies and meet customer requirements.
- Proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions and work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that mitigate risks and ensure consistent product availability.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of supervisory and planning experience required
- 5-8 years of experience in purchasing/supply chain management or operations management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data.

Required:
- Ability to lead a team.
