Job Description


The purpose of the Supply Chain Operations Rotational (SCOR) Program is to develop future Supply Chain leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to critical functions within the Supply Chain ecosystem. The responsibilities of the SCOR Analyst are to support strategic projects, drive process improvements, and gain hands-on experience to develop expertise in Supply Chain Operations.  As part of SCOR-3, the candidate will complete three (3) one-year rotations in each functional area. Functional areas include Planning, Operational Analytics, Lean Transformation, Shared Services, and Asset Management. Upon SCOR-3 program completion, a joint decision will be made by the SCOR analyst and the SCOR leadership team to place the candidate in a permanent role or to begin the SCOR-5 program, in which the candidate will complete and additional two-year rotation in a focus area.




Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in a structured 3-year rotational program, with the possibility of a 2-year extension, completing one-year assignments in each of the five key supply chain functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and achieve departmental objectives.
  • Engage in continuous learning to develop technical, analytical, and leadership skills applicable to supply chain management.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to senior leadership at the conclusion of each rotation.



Qualifications:

Required Work Experience: 

  • 0-2 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field (entry-level candidates, including recent graduates, are eligible).
  • Internship or co-op experience in supply chain management, operations, data analysis, or process improvement  
  • Demonstrated experience working in team-based environments, such as group projects, internships, or extracurricular activities, showcasing collaboration and problem-solving.

Preferred Work Experience: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or operations roles, such as inventory management, procurement, logistics coordination, or data analytics.

Skills:

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, leverage tools & software, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with teams, present findings, and document processes effectively.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to transition between diverse rotations and adapt to varying responsibilities and challenges.
  • Project Management: Basic skills in managing projects, including task prioritization, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Lean and Process Improvement: Basic understanding of lean principles, process optimization, or continuous improvement methodologies (training provided during rotation).
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in handling data, documentation, and process execution to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Technical Proficiency: 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management) systems preferred.

Physical and Mental Requirements:  

  • Flexible working locations
  • Willingness and ability to travel when needed.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Demand Analytics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or Technical field
  • Travel 25-50% and ability to relocate domestically
  • English Required

Preferred:

  • Six Sigma Certified Green Belt
  • APICS CPIM
