Job Description
The Manager of Bridges-Integration Services provides strategic oversight and operational management for the Bridges team. This role focuses on resource allocation, budget management, and the long-term roadmap for healthcare interoperability. The Manager is responsible for ensuring the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs), fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning the interface engine’s capabilities with the organization’s digital transformation goals.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of 10 Bridges Analysts, including performance evaluations, career development, and recruitment.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for interface performance, message volume, and error resolution rates.
- Manage the team’s bench strength, assigning analysts to projects based on skill level and organizational priority.
- Oversee upgrades and go live integrations
- Oversee relationships and contracts with vendor partners (e.g., Infor/Cloverleaf) and third-party data partners.
- Ensure all interfaces comply with HIPAA, SOC2, and data privacy regulations; lead the integration portion of annual security audits.
- Build strong relationships with Epic Application Mgrs, Architects, Interface Application Mgrs, Clients etc
- Collaborate with the CIO/CMIO to develop a 3-year interoperability roadmap, including the transition to API-first architecture and Population Health data exchanges.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 8+ years in Healthcare IT, with at least 3 years in a formal leadership or supervisory role over an integration team.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Epic ecosystem and how Bridges impacts clinical and revenue cycle workflows.
- Healthcare industry experience
Preferred:
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-facility Epic "Big Bang" implementations.
- PMP or ITIL Certification.
- Advanced scripting knowledge (Tcl/Tk for Cloverleaf) and experience with cloud integration (Azure/AWS).
- Knowledge of Laboratory/Diagnostics workflows and instrumentation.
- Experience in Laboratory/Diagnostics industry.
People Leader Responsibility:
- Team of 10+; FTEs and Contractors
Travel Required:
- Domestic travel up to 15%
Required Education:
- College degree in computer science, information science or equivalent work experience
Required Technical Training or Professional Licensing:
- Bridges certification and Cloverleaf Level 2 (or equivalent engine certification).
