Job Description
- Provide operational insight to laboratory management teams through analytical workflows, UI/UX Design.
- Work in the Business Transformation(BT) department interfacing with all business functions.
- Drive project success through project management tool usage and proper documentation.
Work Schedule : 8am to 5pm beginning June 1 2026. This is a 10-week Program.
This is an onsite position (4 days Onsite, 1 day work from home)
Responsibilities:
Create and update UI/UX for modeling visualization.
Create data pipelines(ETLs) for business needs.
Create and modify Power BI/Excel dashboards as required.
Create PowerPoint presentations to present to management.
Report daily to weekly data and data entry for various business functions.
Create automations using Python/Power Automate/ VBA/PowerShell for various business cases.
Assist in creating data models for lab departments.
Give actionable insight from data.
Convert business requests into data pipelines and appropriate outputs.
Learn project management and Six-Sigma tools for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Skills/Knowledge of:
UI/UX
Prompting generative AI intelligently and integrating outputs
Data Analysis
Data Pipelining(ETLs)
Strong math and analytical ability
Programming experience (Matlab/Python/Java/etc)
Data Visualization
Strong interpersonal skills (There is a good amount of interaction with stakeholders and management)
Excellent written and verbal skills, results oriented, and collaborative.
Work Environment:
Individual will be required to work primarily in an open office setting with some travel to in-building lab to observe processes.
Required Education:
High School Diploma, Junior in college
Preferred Education:
UI/UX, Data Analytics degree concentrations
Other science degree concentrations with programming skillset and strong UI/UX understanding.
