General Surgical Pathologist – Marlborough, MA

Pay Range: $300,000 - $350,000 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:

Marlborough, MA - Quest Diagnostics has an opening for a full-time pathologist with AP or AP/CP board certification to accommodate volume growth at our lab. Candidate must have proficiency in cytopathology, particularly GYN cytology, in addition to surgical pathology. Our practice includes outpatient biopsies from various settings including GYN, GI, GU, ENT/Head & Neck.  Pathologists with interest or experience with Digital pathology are encouraged to apply.  Opportunity exists (for CP boarded applicants) for CLIA directorships of smaller satellite labs in the region in addition to their AP responsibilities.  Licensure in MA and additional states is required.  Successful candidates should bring three years or more of experience, strong work ethic, commitment to quality and good communication skills.

Qualifications:
  • MD, DO required
  • Board certification in AP or AP/CP required
  • Proficiency in Cytopathology
  • State Medical License in MA and additional states 
  • Experienced pathologist and will consider fellows with sign out experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and strong work ethic
