The Technology and Systems Coordinator is an entry level position responsible for system administration, master data maintenance and general digital tooling maintenance within Pharma Services.

This is a remote, part-time (20 hours per week) opportunity.


  • Provide support and guidance to the various business components within Pharma Services on the provided digital solutions.
  • Document the digital solutions provided, where necessary, in a regulatory compliant way, based upon guidance and templated SOPs.
  • Works with the Sr. Dir of Technology and Systems to identify and prioritize digital solutions required by Pharma Services, and then to develop and/or configure the solutions.
  • Once developed and/or configured, to provide 21 CFR Part 11 support for the regulatory validation of the digital solution in conjunction with the other validation team members.
  • Monitor and maintain various digital solutions, mainly the QCTMS system, by reviewing and reporting on System log files, alarms and warnings generated therein.
  • Action any system issues found within the log files, alarms and warnings by reporting to the Sr. Dir, Technology and Systems and engaging the various support teams, both internal and external, to affect remediation.
  • To manage and maintain the various system master data configurations within the QCTMS system as directed and approved by the appropriate Master Data Management (MDM) policies and SOPs that govern the QCTMS system.
  • Assist in the gathering and documenting, where necessary in a regulatory fashion, the needs and requirements of the Pharma Services operational units, such that a digital solution can be devised to meet those needs and requirements.
  • Assist in the development and/or configuration of such devised digital solutions, where necessary in a regulatory compliant fashion.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Sr. Dir Technology and Systems.

Required Work Experience: 

  • 1 – 2 years working in a team environment providing customer service and delivering high quality products.

Preferred Work Experience: 

  • Experience in a prescriptive environment where the work product is clearly defined and followed.   

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Virtual office environment, able work independently with little day to day supervision.

Knowledge: 

  • An understanding of basic SQL Database function and maintenance processes
  • An understanding of modern application program paradigm with specific knowledge of programming environments such as HTML/Java Script, C++, Java and/or Golang or equivalent thereof
  • A basic understanding of cloud architecture and the available services.

Skills: 

  • Must have a curious mind that is adept at critical thinking.  Ability to learn the business and be able to adapt technology to the needs.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills. Enter data with minimal errors. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Organization and time management

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
