Quality Assurance Representative - Lewisville, TX | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
This position coordinates Quality Assurance activities in the assigned testing department. Incumbent will review regulatory processes and policies in accordance with company policy, state, and federal requirements. Position will also support inspection readiness at all times.
Pay Range: $29.37+ per hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

- Supports compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and company policy.
- Coordinates compliance with applicable regulations through documentation, audits, and corrective action.
- Performs preliminary review of all departmental quality records. Collaborates with management in the testing department to investigate and resolve nonconformances.
- Audits training and competency program for assigned testing department. Trains staff in assigned department on Quality Assurances policies and procedures.
- Coordinates departmental internal and external proficiency testing activities.
- Supports compliance with document control policies for all procedures and related documents used in the assigned testing department’s quality program.
- Assists with internal and external audits. Performs audits in assigned department and other departments as directed.
- Promotes continuous quality improvement by collaborating with management to implement standardization and process improvement.
- Performs special projects as assigned.
- Actively participates as a member of the Quality Improvement Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience:
- At least 6 years of progressive laboratory experience.
Knowledge:
- Demonstrates knowledge of current company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates knowledge of current local, state and federal requirements

- Other computer skills such as statistical analysis and laboratory information system helpful.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Transcripts will be requested for review throughout consideration process
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- This position may require long periods of sitting and lifting items up to 10 pounds.
