Warehouse Supervisor - Lenexa, KS, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay range: $58,656+ per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsible for the efficient flow and control of materials into and out of the company, including, but not limited to shipping, receiving, warehouse, store room, client supplies, and department inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all warehouse operations to ensure proper receipt, handling, storage, delivery, and shipping of all materials and related documentation.
- Manage/supervise/oversee adequate training/follow-up of direct reports to ensure standard policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage day-to-day supervision of direct reports, following Materials and Services Management, Human Resources, Employee Health and Safety, OSHA, CLIA, etc., policies and procedures are known and adhered to.
- Comply with all applicable and current Materials and Services Management, Human Resources, Employee Health and Safety, Compliance, OSHA, CLIA, etc. policies and procedures.
- Analyze current procedures in place and make recommendations for process improvements to the Business Unit (BU) Materials Manager.
- Maintain database accuracy by reviewing receipts and issues, as well as managing the complete physical inventory and cycle count process. This also includes accurate database management of stocking locations and changes.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize/avoid stockouts.
- Recommend changes to inventory levels to the BU Materials Manager.
- Work closely with the BU Materials Manager and the end users to minimize/avoid waste during supply item transitions.
- Manage shipping costs through the use of national carrier contracts and proper packaging of materials.
Qualifications:
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse/storeroom environment.
- Supervisory experience required.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to operate materials handling equipment as needed (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Ability to operate a computer and a bar code scanner
- Occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds
- May require extended periods of focus
- May require extended periods of sitting or standing
- Ability to manage stress
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) or equivalent
- Basic math knowledge and skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Education
- Associate's Degree or higher in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred (Preferred)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
