The Sales Enablement Specialist - WHS, supports the successful execution of Workforce Health Solutions initiatives to increase sales productivity and drive revenue. This role is focused on the day-to-day execution of enablement programs, equipping the sales teams with the necessary tools, content, training, and technology to succeed. Responsibilities include content creation and management, supporting the sales technology stack, coordinating training logistics, and assisting in the analysis of performance metrics.

This is a hybrid position based in Lenexa, KS (three days per week in-office).




Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a centralized repository of sales collateral, including playbooks, pitch decks, competitive intelligence, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
  • Support the adoption and optimization of the sales tech stack, including the CRM, learning management system (LMS), and other sales engagement tools.
  • Track and report on key enablement KPIs, such as content usage, training attendance, and sales performance data, to help measure the ROI of enablement initiatives.
  • Assist in the proposal process for sales opportunities by coordinating, assembling, and ensuring the timely submission of materials.
  • Act as a point of contact between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launches, ensuring field teams have the information they need.
  • Support continuous development initiatives by supporting training material creation, scheduling sessions, and coordinating logistics.
  • Collaborate with various WHS departments to ensure new processes and protocols are communicated and followed.
  • Maintain and update business process documentation.
  • Assist in analyzing sales performance data to help identify trends and enablement needs.
  • Achieve QMS Bronze Certification within 1-Year of role



Qualifications:

Required Work Experience:

  • 2-4 years in sales enablement, sales support, marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Work Experience:

  • Experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Familiarity with process improvement concepts.

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the sales process (lifecycle) and sales methodologies.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Sales Engagement/Enablement platforms (e.g., Gong, Clari, Highspot).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, and MS Project.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid - Lenexa

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Project Management Certificate or PMP Certification
  • Six Sigma, Lean Principles or QMS Certification
