Implementation Specialist
Job Description
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for executing on client initiatives within the ExamOne Professional Services department, including Project Management of low to mid-size integration projects, ownership, tracking, and reporting on a large suite of open projects and initiatives, as well as assisting in the discovery process with clients, helping to create solutions and offer strategic guidance to our clients. Some technical background and project management experience is necessary for the role, as well as the desire to work directly with our Clients. As this role is largely client facing, soft skills and attitude are critical.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects of varying complexity and length through completion
- Ability to work autonomously while taking ownership of key initiatives
- Assists customers with their planning and workflow design, acting as a consultant and aiding in strategy
- Create documents, technical, contractual, etc. for client initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, implementations, or similar roles.
- Experience implementing and/or administering related healthcare related information systems preferred
- Basic understanding of business process design principles, business process management tools and workflow automation design skills .
- Business and Process Analysis roles a plus
Skills:
- Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project
