Finance Manager, Workforce Health Solutions Finance (Hybrid)
Workforce Health Solutions Finance is recruiting for a Finance Manager to lead revenue management for the drug testing and population health lines of business. The main responsibilities include monthly reporting and variance analysis to the Annual Operating Plan, Forecast or Outlooks. The Finance Manager also acts as lead finance contact for the Commercial team to track and report progress against the pipeline and ensure all revenue is captured timely and accurately. This role requires strong financial acumen and business partnering skills and agility to meet the needs of this dynamic business unit.
- Lead Revenue Recognition and Financial Reporting activities for the Workforce Health Solutions business
- Coordinate the distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
- Provide input into the Annual Operating Plan
- Prepare analysis and insights related to monthly financial operating results and variances
- Improve and optimize management reporting for the channel by leveraging the capabilities within in our financial systems - Oracle/Hyperion Essbase with Smart View, Workforce Planning and Cognos
- Drive continuous improvement to deliver the highest quality analysis (create processes, SOP’s, checklists, system configuration and tools)
- Partner with internal customers and stakeholders to support business development activities, operations, and analytics
- Be actively committed to personal development through engagement in training and learning opportunities, setting goals and develop a plan to obtain those goals
- Strong financial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Innovative thinking to work effectively and cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite, MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- 5+ years of business experience in healthcare industry
- BS/MBA in Finance; CPA preferred, not required
