Account Setup Coordinator II - Lenexa, KS - Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
The Coordinator, Account Setup II, will analyze and coordinate client data and projects related to account setups. Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and developing and implementing solutions for critical and complex issues.
Act as internal liaison to internal teams and work with other operational areas within and across Workforce Health Solutions to resolve client data questions or concerns. Ensure quality, integrity, consistency of data, and synchronization with multiple systems/interfaces. Mentor and collaborate with other team members to develop and communicate best practices.
Pay Range: $23.73+ per hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

- Responsible for all client changes in applicable systems.
- Investigate and analyze critical/complex client issues and have the ability to provide guidance necessary to implement solution.
- Develop new and/or revise existing processes for team
- Maintain continuous communication with applicable teams on any projects and problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop product improvements.
- Responsible for making independent and educated judgements in order to respond to urgent client concerns.
- Performs special projects as assigned
- Assist in executing suggested changes within the team
- Facilitate on-the-job training for new or existing team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required WorkExperience:
2-4 years customer service and/or related data entry experience
Preferred Work Experience:
College Degree plus 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively, receiving feedback from peers and supervisor to resolve internal and external client issues.
