Supply Replenisher Associate III - Las Vegas, NV - Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Reporting to the Regional Lean Supply Supervisor; this position supports the implementation of lean supply management principles within the BU Laboratory network including materials/supplies movement and replenishment to point of use in the laboratory. Performs cycle counts, and daily replenishment routines interacting with the laboratory staff and supply analysts to assure material availability. 

Pay Range: $21.71+ per hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute standard business processes for managing material flow for all facility types in assigned Region as needed including Laboratories, RRL, PSC, IOP etc. 
  • Participate in internal work teams in the continuous improvement of Supply replenishment processes focused overall cost and cycle time reduction. 
  • Conducts regular physical inventory and cycle counts to assure accuracy of on-hand inventories. 
  • Maintains visual management tools visual management tools (e.g. Kanban) and mistake-proof initiatives (Labels with Photos) 
  • Helps to train other Associate Supply Replenishers on best practices 
  • Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve root causes for stock outs and other problems as it is related to replenishment 
  • Work with the Supply Analysts to setup replenishment levels 
  • Act as liaison with lab dept to determine proper placement and stocking levels of product 



Qualifications:

Required Work Experience:  

7-10 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory/Supply Chain 

Preferred Work Experience:  

Experience supporting laboratory supply desired 

Physical and Mental Requirements: 

  • This position may require long periods of standing 
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. 

Knowledge:  

  • Knowledge of inventory control systems 
  • Proficiency in a variety of software such as Excel, Word, Visio, Peoplesoft, etc 

Skills:  

  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to interact well and partner with all levels of staff within and outside of the department 
  • Excellent planning, and organizing skills 
  • Good math skills required 
  • Sufficient computer and typing abilities 
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
