Billing Coordinator II - Guaynabo, PR - Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Maintain customer billing database and ensure timely renewals.  Assist customers with questions and concerns regarding billing.

Pay Range: / hour


Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

  • Set up, update, and cancel customer accounts in the billing system based off customer contracts 
  • Answer calls and emails from customers in a polite and timely manner. Some outbound calling required. 
  • Access billing system to answer customer questions and document call in a support system. 
  • Research and escalate customer complaints. 
  • Print and send customer invoices. 
  • Process cash receipts and payments 
  • Process customer refunds 
  • Participate in occasional audits of the billing system and other related software 
  • Must be knowledgeable of billing procedures for various product offerings. 
  • Works closely with the Collection Coordinator regarding past due accounts. 
  • Works closely with Enrollment, Sales, and Accounting teams

1 – 2 years of customer relations and billing experience
