JOB SUMMARY:

As a Route Service Group Lead, you will assist the department supervisor by performing combination of activities: schedule coordination, provide input to supervisor on performance reviews, disciplinary actions. Perform all of the duties of and Route Service Rep. I, II, III and train new reps. You will perform the daily activities as described below.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ability to follow instructions.
2. Ability to lead.
3. Ability to read and write English.
4. Training all new hires.
5. Provide input to supervisor for performance review.
6. Provide input to supervisor for disciplinary actions.
7. Communicates all unresolved problems immediately to the appropriate Manager, Supervisor, for resolution.
8. Reads, understands and complies with departmental policies, protocols and procedures: (i.e. Procedure Manuals, Safety Manual, Compliance Manual, Automobile policies and procedures, Employee Handbook, Quality Assurance Manual).
a. Adhere to departmental and company code of grooming and dress code policies, appearing neat and clean at all times.
b. Reports on time to work, following attendance guidelines.
c. Communicates appropriately with coworkers.
d. Problem solving skills
9. Performs route audits

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience:
1-3 years in logistics or transportation experience
Knowledge of computer to include Microsoft Word and Excel Good customer service skills necessary

Special Requirements:
Valid state specific driver license with a clean driving record;
Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements; weekends, holidays, on call and overtime. Knowledge of service area
