Job Description

Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma:

Main Duties/Job Function: Manages the Contract, Risk, Lease and Records functions for the Joint Venture. Is responsible for compliance with all federal, state, local and corporate guidelines in the areas of contractual arrangements with vendors, clients, joint venture partner and any other arrangement that requires legal contracts. Is tasked with ensuring we are honoring the joint venture agreement by analyzing all legal arrangements that might affect the joint venture. Additionally, analyzes the risks to the joint venture and its partners through scrutiny of any legal challenges including lawsuits, EEOC claims, workers compensation claims or any other financial threat to the joint venture created by either internal or external claims. Is liaison with JV Partner’s legal departments to accomplish duties as outlined above.

Required Knowledge: Knowledge of contracts and risks in a business environment.

Required Experience: Experience in managing contracts and construction of contract language. Healthcare experience a plus.   

Special Requirement: Must be able to work any hours required to execute job requirements and duties.
